HOW TO ORDER |

| To Order by Fax: | Orders may be placed by using our online order form. This form can be printed and faxed to: (570) 476-7611. |
| To Order by Phone: | Phone orders may be placed by calling 1 (800) 233-8158, during our business hours of 9:00 AM to 4:00 P.M. Eastern Standard Time. |
| To Order by Mail: | Mail your order to: American Ribbon Internet Sales 827B Ann Street Stroudsburg, PA 18360 |
| Shipping Charge: | Orders will be shipped UPS unless specified otherwise. Standard UPS shipping charges will be applied to your order. |
| Handling Charge: | There will be a small order charge of $10.00 per order on orders less than $50.00. |
| Returns: | Returns will be accepted only on prior authorization by our Customer Service Department, which may be reached by dialing (570) 421-7470. Unauthorized return shipments will be refused. Only current uncut ribbons in condition for resale will be accepted. Due to the low markup on our ribbon, all returns are subject to a 20% restocking charge. |
